Output Referral Program Rules

From time to time, Output may invite you to participate in our referral program to encourage people to use Output Arcade (the “Program”). Participating in a referral program by referring your friends and family or signing up with a referral code, can be a great way for Arcade users to receive $15 (“Referral Reward”).

Output Referral Program rules (the “Rules”) apply to any referral programs that are administered by Output or by Friendbuy, Inc., 925 N La Brea Ave 4th Floor, Los Angeles, CA 90038 (“Platform Provider”). By accepting and sharing your referral link or by signing up with a referral link, you are agreeing to be bound by these rules. Any violation of these Rules will not only prevent you from participating in any Output referral program, now or in the future, but could also result in the forfeiture of any received awards earned through the program or even deactivation of your account.

Please note that these Rules are in addition to the Output Terms of Use and Privacy Policy as updated from time to time – governing your use of Arcade.

1. Who is eligible to be a referrer?

Anyone may be a referrer who (a) is a legal resident of his-her country, (b) is of legal age where they live, and (c) is an individual, not a business for affiliate lead generation.

2. Who is eligible to be a referee?

Eligible referees may include your friends, family, and other people you know may be eligible to be referees. You yourself are not an eligible referee and doing so is a violation of these Rules.

Eligible referees must be new to Output Arcade and not have previously created an Arcade account prior to checking out via your referral link.

3. How can I use my referral link?

Referral links must be used only for personal and non-commercial purposes and therefore are to be shared with people you know. Referral codes may be shared via email, SMS, and on your social media accounts.

You agree you will not:

1. Sell, trade, or list for sale referral links in any manner;
2. Send referral links in bulk emailing, spamming, or sent via large numbers of unsolicited emails;
3. Purchase keywords (including, but not limited to Google Adwords) that contain any of Output’s trademarks;
4. Use automated bots to distribute, post or otherwise share your referral link;
5. Use your referral link in any manner that violates the law or the rights of anyone else;
6. Use false email addresses, virtual private networks or other means to mask your identity.

4. What is a Qualified Referral? A Qualified Referral is defined as the first payment made for an Arcade subscription after a free trial at www.output.com by a person (a “Referred Customer”) who meets the following criteria (1) they are referred by a Referrer, (2) they are a first-time subscriber to Arcade; and (3) they arrive to our website by clicking a program referral link provided by the Referrer. All Referrers are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals.

When signing up for an Arcade subscription through the referral program, a Referred Customer agrees their subscription payment is nonrefundable.

5. How do I earn my Referral Reward as a referrer?

Referrers and Referees receive Referral Rewards when the Referee has successfully made their first payment on their Arcade subscription after their free trial period. Successfully making a payment on an Arcade subscription includes starting a free trial by entering an email address, billing information, accepting our Terms of Use, then having their first automatic payment successfully charge their payment method on file after their trial period.

Referral Rewards will be distributed to the Referrer and Referee via an automated email from Tremendous, LLC, with a $15 digital gift card of recipient’s choice. Gift card selection will be limited based on country of residence.

Rewards are payable in increments of $15. The maximum Qualified Referrals earned per calendar month may be no more than 3 Qualified Referrals or $45 in rewards. As a Referrer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards.

5. Do Referral Rewards expire?

Referral Rewards expiration depends on what gift card type you select. Expiration terms will be clearly stated at time of selection.

6. Termination and changes

Output reserves the right to change, end, or pause, in whole or in part, any referral program, as well as any referrer’s or referee’s ability to participate in any referral program or receive Referral Rewards at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud, abuse, or any violation of these Rules as well as any agreement (if one exists) between you and Output. If Output ends any referral program, any unused or unredeemed Referral Rewards may be forfeited at that time, provided we give you 14 days of notice.

Output may update these Rules at any time. If Output makes an update, Output will post the update on Output.com and provide you notice of the update. Continued participation in any referral program after any update will mean that you have agreed to the update.
